SolPower/Millennium is a full-service solar developer with collaborative efforts of partnering professionals. We provide the best of quality in the areas of electrical, structural, and civil engineering; energy regulation and production; finance; product procurement and commercial construction for solar projects. We assist in the installation, integration, and commissioning of solar electric systems ranging from residential roof tops to municipal and commercial systems. SolPower/Millennium’s founders consist of experienced accountants, attorneys, contractors, investment bankers, and corporate management that have strong backgrounds in general construction, civil engineering and photovoltaics.
Objective

Project Development
SolPower/Millennium develops and, in association with select commercial building contractors, co-develops commercial and utility-scale solar projects that are beyond the scope and capability of most contractors and solar installers. SolPower/Millennium utilizes its vast network for many services, but its internal personnel conduct the designing of systems and structure’s, arrange financing, and manage system installation. Installation, integration, and commissioning are completed by SolPower/Millennium and its professional team. Project development and general contracting is the company’s core competency, continually sharpening and refining SolPower/Millennium’s competitive edge.
Financing
SolPower/Millennium has developed a thorough understanding of federal, state, and utility incentives for solar projects. Focused on continually building and maintaining industry-leading expertise in the negotiation and financing of solar power projects through the methods of power purchase agreements, and the use of special purpose entities necessary within; as well as loans, leases, and private equity funding. SolPower/Millennium works with several large banks to secure the most advantageous financing available at the best rates. SolPower/Millennium has also aligned the firm with private equity funds that invest in utility-scale and large commercial projects.
Consulting
SolPower/Millennium serves as an unbiased consultant for homeowners, business owners, financiers, municipalities, real estate owners, and utility companies looking to invest in or utilize solar generated electricity. Our experienced staff is continually conducting research and testing on all of the proven and new solar technologies and peripherals: provide real-time testing and research and development test data from many notable sources. Solar easements, PPA’s, solar service contracts, special purpose entities, and operating agreements are just a few complex instruments that SolPower/Millennium can advise on.
